Where is your walk?

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (NKJV)

16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. 17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, 18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Distractions seem to be the theme in our lives at times.  Distractions can cause us to not spend time with the Lord in prayer and in His Word.  We may at times not listen carefully to His plans to guide us in our journey.  There are even times we may get caught up in the moment and just not include Him in all aspects of our life.

Attraction to His love and His guidance for our lives is the key to our journey.  In all phases of our life we should glorify Him.  Bumps in the road are areas He is there to smooth out for us in our walk.  Wrong directions are areas we can truly learn to slow down to see the lighted path He has for us to follow.

So spend time with Him in prayer and in His Word.  The Bible can show you His love and guide you on the path He provides for you now and for your eternal journey.
