Romans 12:3 (NKJV)
For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.
The second part this week we want to look at in this Scripture is: not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think. God want us to be humble. When we put our complete trust in Him we will see everything is for Him. He gives us gifts to share and to use for His glory. When we take the gifts for granted we make it about us and abuse the gifts. So the question becomes: Do you put your complete trust in Him so others will see Him through you?
1 Peter 5:6 (NKJV)
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,
God’s hand will guide you when you allow Him to be your guide. So each of us have His love, He gives us gifts and do you share His love and gifts? Share them so He will be glorified. God wants to draw others to Himself and He does want to reach others through all of us. So spend time in the Word and in prayer and allow His mighty hand to guide you. When you allow Him to love you and love others through you all will be blessed and He will get all the glory.
Dear Heavenly Father:
Thank You for Your love and Your mighty hand. Help us to always trust You and give You all the glory.
In Your Son’s precious Name we pray. Amen.
