A Measure of Faith

Romans 12:3 (NKJV)

For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.

The last part of this Scripture is the third part we will look at today and pray about this week.  Each one of us has been dealt “a” measure of faith.  Each and everyday we need to grow in our faith.  As God gives us wisdom, then share that wisdom.  As He encourages you, then encourage others.  After you have come to know Him and have allowed Him to be Lord of your life share His love.  We all have a story to tell and how He has saved us.  We each are unique yet others have problems just like we have had.  Some of the problems are different, or the same and some may be larger or even smaller.  Yet we all need His love, mercy and grace.

As you grow in your faith you will see others around you.  As you see them do not criticize them instead pray for them and see what God wants to do through you.  You may have the ears to listen, the hands to help, resources to share, wisdom to flow through you, or a smile that reflects the love of Jesus in their dark moment.  Please be in prayer of how to share your faith so that others will see Him through you and His love for them through you.  When you share all He has given you He gets all the glory.  What a loving God we get to know when we spend time with Him in His Word and in prayer.

Dear Heavenly Father, please help us to be all that You would have us to be.  Please help us to share our faith by showing others Your love, mercy and grace.  May You be glorified in all that you do through me each and every day.

In Your Son’s precious Name we pray.  Amen.
