Isaiah 64:8 (NKJV)
8 But now, O LORD, You are our Father; We are the clay, and You our potter; And all we are the work of Your hand.
When we reflect on our lives we then realize how many people, lessons and events molded us and continue to mold us daily. It is not just one person or area, but all we have come in contact with are part of God’s plans beyond what we can grasp.
Now some things in life we apply, while some areas He teaches us to avoid. We need to be thankful for all He shows us, when He shows us, why He shows us, where He shows us, and how He shows us. That is why He is the Master and we are the clay.
We are constantly being adjusted and we need to trust God. He never gives up on us and we should never give up on Him.
We thank You for every life lesson. We thank You for knowing us and knowing our needs. Please help us to put our complete trust in You, since You know who we are and what we are to become. You are the potter and I give my life to You and am thankful for all that You have shown me thus far in my journey.
In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.
