Quiet Time Should be a Treasured Moment
What does your quiet time look like? Distractions from His love or an attraction to His love? Praying and listening in prayer or just a routine of all one-sided conversation? Are you praying before you read the Scriptures or are you just reading to read?
We all can get in a rut and fall into these categories from time to time. God’s love and His desire for us to have a relationship is a gift. We need to treasure this gift as an opportunity to see all that He has for us in our journey. A love that truly is beyond what we deserve. He has answers if we will listen. Our journey has a direction and a purpose when we walk with Him.
So please seek His love, treasure His love and thank Him for His love. Jesus paid a price for us to have the opportunity to come into the presence of God. Jesus is our Savior, Lord, Mediator, Friend, Teacher, as well as Healer so treasure every opportunity with Him. A quiet time with a purpose and full of love is truly a gift.
So, seek His love today and see what He has for you and you will be blessed.

Jeremiah 29:11-14 (NKJV)
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. 12 Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. 13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back from your captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you to the place from which I cause you to be carried away captive.
Heavenly Father: I am amazed at Your love for me. Please help me to treasure every opportunity to spend with You. In Scripture, in prayer, and in all areas of my quiet time help me to see all that You desire to show me.
In Jesus Holy Name I pray, Amen.
